British furniture label David Linley launched a new line of cabinets that recreate the look of building façades cast in different shades of light. The collection consists of three designs, each with a twinkling marquetry and mother-of-pearl exterior: Sunrise is a gentleman’s vanity cabinet that depicts a building in early morning light; twelve noon is a bureau that reflects a building cast in a shadow from the shifted angle of the sun; and Dusk is a cocktail cabinet that depicts a city building at night.
